CANCELLATION POLICY
Let’s Keep Things Smooth Hey love! Before booking, please take a sec to read through these quick policies to help everything run smoothly for both of us. Timing Matters • Please be on time! I allow a 10-minute grace period. If you’re later than that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. • Running behind? Just shoot me a quick message or text! Rescheduling or Canceling • Life happens—I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. • You can cancel or reschedule directly through the confirmation email or text link you received when booking. Super easy! • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service. • No-shows will be charged 100% and may require a deposit next time. Deposits & Payment • Some appointments may need a deposit to hold your spot. That amount goes toward your final total. Guests & Kiddos • For everyone’s comfort, no extra guests please—unless they’re also booked for a service. • Children are welcome only if they’re being serviced.
